The basic idea of the product is to convert inaccessible nutrients that are in the soil into a form that is accessible to the plants. This allows a minimum use of macro nutrients - such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in mineral form.

Thanks to Soil for the Future, the raw materials are thoroughly processed in a mineral-bacterial way. By using zeolite and a microbial complex (mesophilic, thermophilic and nitrogen-fixing bacteria) the compost is completely free of pathogenic bacteria (99.4%), helminths (100%) and weeds (100%). Salts of heavy metals are completely neutralised by the zeolite.

BioGran is a biologically active product that improves physical, chemical and biological soil fertility and plant productivity. The resulting fermented compost is milled in a special way to ensure that no weed seeds are present in the final product. In the final stage, the pelleting is done exclusively under pressure without the use of chemical agents, glues or adhesives.

The result is compact pellets of ø 3.5-4 mm with very low moisture content (8-10%), which are very convenient for use and transport. A microbial compound with nitrogen-fixing and phosphorus-mobilising bacteria is applied to the pellets, which will ensure maximum utilisation of the active substances attached to the granules.

ADVANTAGES

The key advantage of the product is that by applying the pellet directly to the seed, we guarantee a complete, uniform absorption of the active ingredients. In this way all the 40 kg of nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium in the pellet will be completely assimilated. In contrast to traditional mineral fertilizers, where the assimilation is at 15-20% (for example, from 180 kg of nitrogen in a ton of DAP diammonium phosphate, you will get only 36 kg of active nitrogen and 92 kg of phosphorus). The price of DAP today is from 850 Euro per 1 tonne.

Due to the presence of organic lignin, we provide gradual, within 5 - 7 days opening of the pellet - the plant will not receive a nitrogen-phosphorus burn, will not experience mineral stress. The gradual release of elements will ensure an optimum nutritional regime for the plants. The presence of humic and fulvic acids in the pellet will help in the multi-stage nature of plant vegetation, as the main plant growth stimulator.

All components of BioGran are of organic origin, which improves soil structure, reduces soil erosion, increases soil moisture retention and increases the humus content in your soil. The total organic matter introduced into the soil with each tonne of pellets is 800kg, including total carbon from 350kg.

Logistics and application - low application rates - 150-180 kg/ha; autonomy of seeding unit, saving on application time, fuel, other transportation costs. In addition to direct application with the seed, you can also apply pellets with an organic fertilizer spreader with an applicator.
