ORGANIC CLUSTER

Organic Invest Group

presents a project aimed at creation of organic clusters – the amalgamation of production companies specialised in production of organic fertilisers, soil formers, biochar, microbiological preparations, plant bioprotection products and in vitro seedlings.

All our main raw materials could be sourced locally. Every corner of our planet, inhabited by people, carries waste. This waste could be of animal and plant origin: chicken manure, cow, sheep, pig, andhorse manure, digestate from biogas plants, tops of tomato and other large plants, sanitary felling, dead wood, shrub and tree pruning, and so forth. These types of waste can and should be processed into useful fertilisers and soil formers. This forms the basis and constitutes the main part of those final products we offer to produce.

The fundamental research of basic organic minerals and agrominerals allowed our specialists to have identified the optimal and most effective additives for the processed products, including sapropel, leonardite, zeolite, glauconite, perlite, vermiculite, trepel, diatomite and many others.

In order to ensure the natural fertility of the land, a deficit-free balance of humus in soils and their deoxidation, we offer technologies for changing soil mineralisation by means of reorientation towards increasing the proportion of organic fertilisers.

OUR TECHNOLOGIES

Organic Invest LLC offers the following technologies for recycling waste into organic fertilizers and soil formers:

SOIL ENGINEERING

It is an innovative trend in environmental engineering, soil science and farming that aims to scientifically design and create natural materials in the soil-subsoil layer system (horizons) through use of technical means, in order to optimise soil properties, regimes and ecological functions in the anthropogenic landscapes.

FERTILIZER DESIGNER

Development, production and implementation of original organic and organomineral fertilizers, soil conditioners, humates and other products for soil and plants.

This activity is carried out in cooperation with English, Estonian, German companies. The basis of the product line is sapropel, a unique bottom sediment from the Ice Age. Also in the development are used such magnificent natural substances and minerals as leonardite, zeolite,  glauconite, sunflower husk ash, tripoli, peat, bone meal, blood meal, agroperlite, vermiculite, lignin, dolomite, alfalfa flour , mulch, biochar, peat, various types of biohumus (vermicompost).

Accelerated composting of waste during mineralisation, fermentation and treatment by aerators (Windrow turners)

Through many years of research and comparative testing, the experts at Organic Invest LLС have developed unique accelerated composting systems that enable the cheap, fast and efficient treatment of organic waste of animal and vegetable origin, and the subsequent production of high-quality loose organic fertilisers - compost from manure, manure and sewage sludge, food and vegetable waste.

HUMIC ACIDS.
HUMATES - LIQUID FERTILIZERS

Humates (salts of humic acids) are unique organic plant growth stimulators and soil cover cultivators.

The basis of the preparation are salts of humic and fulvic acids obtained from raw materials of the highest quality - leonardite Leonardite is the final product of the humification process, which lasts
70 million years. Leonardite is extremely biologically active due to its molecular structure.

Humates also contain organic amino acids, microelements, vitamins and minerals.

FULL CYCLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF "GREEN GARBAGE" AND ITS TRANSFORMATION
IN ORGANIC FERTILIZERS

The main raw materials for the processing of "green waste" are: Fallen leaves, Branches, Trees after sanitary felling,

Tops after harvest ( potatoes,  tomatoes,  bananas, etc.)

Technologically, all these wastes are sorted and crushed.

Small waste goes to composting, large wood chips go to the production of biochar - organic fertilizer.

BIOCHAR - VALUABLE AND DEMANDED ORGANIC FERTILIZERS

From large residues of plant debris (wood chips, remains of branches, dead wood) and livestock and poultry waste, by grinding and subsequent burning in mobile pyrolysis plants, it is possible to obtain biochar (vegetable charcoal) and bonchar (bone charcoal), which are valuable and in demand, as organic fertilizers.

CENTER FOR PLANT MICROPROPAGATION UNDER IN-VITRO CONDITIONS

It is proposed to produce healthy virus-free seedlings in vitro with direct adaptation in the field, without the use of mother seedlings to create high-yielding berry plantations and virus-free seedlings.

TRICHOGRAM - INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE APPLICATION WITH A DECREASE IN THE MULTIPLICITY OF PROCESSING

Trichogramma is a hymenopteran insect that parasitizes on the eggs of many agricultural pests - winter, cabbage, oxtail, cotton, pea, garden and a number of gnawing and leaf-eating scoops, corn, meadow and American butterflies, belans, codling moths, leafworms, beetles, sunflower moths, various kinds moths and other insects - more than 160 herbivorous species in total.

Airborne trichogram. We have aircraft with certified equipment. Experienced and responsible pilots will promptly ensure uniform application of the trichogram within a certain time frame.

SCALING

In the list of directions of this project, you can choose any directions that interest you. Any direction can be easily scaled without attracting large additional resources. All products resulting from the activities of the Cluster are used to improve the quality of agricultural land, its fertility and longevity of use.

OBVIOUS BENEFITS

Complete, waste-free recycling of a wide range of organic waste:
+ solution of environmental problems;
+ obtaining highly effective organic fertilizers and soil formers;
+ solution to increase the natural fertility of the land.
